Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting WendyAndCo.co! Each item is handmade with care, so please allow 1–5 business days to prepare your order for shipping. This production time is separate from shipping. If you need your order rushed, please email wendy@wendyandco.co with your order number, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and up to $100 insurance. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If your order is valued over $100, please contact me prior to shipping so we can discuss additional coverage options.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please email wendy@wendyandco.co
 with your order number. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Packages are insured up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact me so I can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
