Returns/Exchanges

We are confident that all of our Wendy&Co creations will meet your expectations.  However, if you do find it necessary to exchange an item please contact us within 7 business days by using the contact form on our website or email wendy@wendyandco.co.

We accept exchange of unused and unworn items still in the original packaging with original tags attached. We will be happy to pay for return shipping and will issue an emailed return mailing slip for your use. You will be responsible for shipping charges for the replacement item. Once we receive an exchange, please allow 2-5 business days for processing.

Items that are personalized or custom ordered cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

The following items may not be returned.

  • Personal products such as face masks
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.   
  • Personalized products/custom orders

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not issue refunds.  However, we are happy to exchange items purchased for another item of equal value.
